1. Service Description

DCX (operated by DCX Ltd) is an entertainment platform. All valuations, trading, and market activity are entirely virtual and for entertainment purposes only. No financial advice is given or implied. The concept of "stock prices" on DCX is a game mechanic and bears no relation to real financial markets or real-world value.

2. Virtual Currency

DCX Credits are virtual currency with no monetary value. They exist solely within the DCX platform and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into real-world currency, goods, or services under any circumstances.

3. Credit Purchases

Real-money purchases of credit packs are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Credits can only be used to purchase cosmetic items and platform features within DCX.

4. User Conduct

Users must not: manipulate the market through coordinated trading, harass other users, impersonate others, post prohibited content on their profiles, exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, or use automated tools to interact with the platform.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Banned users may appeal by contacting support. Virtual credits and items are not refunded upon account termination.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use DCX. Users under 16 may not make credit purchases in line with UK GDPR requirements.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
