REFUND POLICY

All credit pack purchases on DCX are non-refundable, except where required by your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Unused credits have no cash value and are not refunded upon account termination or voluntary account closure.

DCX Credits are virtual entertainment credits, not financial instruments. They have no monetary value and cannot be converted to real currency.

Billing Disputes

For billing disputes, contact billing@dcx.gg with your transaction details. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
